Short Description: ​Between the miles and millennia, a Lebanese reflects on the state of a land spanning aeons and legacies.

Longer Description: “Altitudes” is a voyage between the thoughts and contemplations of a Lebanese returning home. As she lived through the falls and lows of Lebanese life, she reflects during her flight to Beirut the cataclysms and sorrows her city and country lived through, from the oldest eras till present times.

Bios: Yasmina Ghandour is an illustrator, designer, and visual developer from Beirut, Lebanon. She works with the unseen and liminal which binds her to bridge between cultures and folklores. Her work revolves around cultural conservation and history, reflecting the importance of uncovering the thread of time toward an ever coeval present.
